Job summary

New Seasons Market bakery clerk role in Oregon/SW Washington area. Prepare coffee, beverages and pastry items, stock and label bread, and deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly, collaborative approach.

You will build displays, rotate and price items, assist shoppers with selections, and maintain clean, well-organized bakery areas while following safety and policy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Bakery department for store opening and closing.
• Assists customers with product selection and shares product knowledge.
• Prepares, wraps, weighs, prices, and presents Bakery products.
• Builds displays and arranges products for attractive presentation.
• Stocks, rotates, and faces products with attention to quality and dates.
• Maintains cleanliness, organization, and signage.
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
