Job summary

Lowes Foods on Johns Island is hiring for a bakery/guest service role. You will greet guests, prepare products for sale, weigh and price items, and help maintain freshness and sanitation in the bakery and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities include front-end duties to minimize wait times, communicating guest requests to management, and assisting with receiving and storage. Must be friendly, able to lift, and work well with a team.

• Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply area neat, clean and tidy at all times.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
• Front end duties to ensure no noticeable wait times.
• Announce specials and sale information on the PA system.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
