This role works with the Bakery Sales Manager to plan production, gather ingredients, and follow recipes with accuracy while delivering friendly customer service. Qualifications

• Experience in bakery operations or similar food prep preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough and glaze pastries as part of daily production.
• Assist with baking tasks from start to finish and monitor oven temperatures.
• Provide courteous service, answer questions, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Help plan the day’s production with the Bakery Sales Manager and gather ingredients.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and presentation requirements.
