Job summary

Uncle Gs Management Corp. is seeking an Overnight Bakery Clerk to support bakery operations during overnight hours by preparing, packaging, and stocking fresh baked goods for the next day.

You will work closely with the Overnight Baker to ensure quality and presentation, keep an organized area, and help set up for a successful morning opening. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Overnight shift availability (10pm–6:30am).
• Experience in a busy bakery is required.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bakery environment.
• Sanitize work surfaces, utensils, and equipment according to company policies.
• The Bakery Clerk bakes, finishes, and prepares bakery items following established recipes and standards to ensure freshness and quality for customers.
• Keep floors free of debris and spills.
• Use and maintain all department equipment properly.
• Rotate products to ensure freshness.
• Ensure accurate department signage.
• Prepare bakery trays to company standards and meet customer satisfaction.

Job description

Overnight roles are eligible for a $1,000 signing and attendance bonus, paid in two installments: $500 after three months and an additional $500 after six months, provided perfect attendance is maintained.

The Overnight Bakery Clerk is a newly introduced position that supports bakery operations during overnight hours by preparing, packaging, and stocking fresh baked goods for the next day. This role works closely with the Overnight Baker to ensure products meet quality and presentation standards, maintains a clean and organized work area, and helps set the bakery up for a successful morning opening. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bakery environment

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to speak, read, and understand English
