You must be at least 16 years old (18 for certain tasks). Basic math, reading, writing, and computer skills are required, and you will work with a team to ensure safety, sanitation, and smooth operation of the bakery.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old; 18 years old to perform certain functions/tasks.

Responsibilities

• Follow all regulations and company policies for Bakery operations, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintain shelf/display conditions through cleaning, straightening, and rotating products.
• Adhere to policy for processing, preparation, and packaging of products.
• Take customer orders accurately for cakes or other specialty items as needed.
• Complete all necessary bakery paperwork.
• Maintain a clean as you go policy and adequate supplies.
• Minimize shrink through proper handling and storing of product.
