Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a Bakery Team Member to support daily bakery operations, proof and bake items, and help deliver fresh products to members. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on quality and member satisfaction.

This position requires at least 18 years of age, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits accompany opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bakery or customer service oriented environment preferred.
• Knowledge of bakery products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Answers questions and recommends bakery items.
• Proofs and bakes all unfinished bakery goods following product handling information.
• Packages freshly baked goods and displays products.
• Rotates and stores bakery products following food safety procedures.
• Cleans and sanitizes equipment, displays, and food surfaces.
• Maintains club policies and performs other duties as assigned.
