Job summary

Lee’s Marketplace is seeking a Bakery Clerk to assist in producing and merchandising bakery items while delivering friendly guest service. You will manage product displays, rotate stock, and help customers with knowledge of bakery options.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (preferred) and experience in retail or guest service. Flexible availability and a willingness to learn are valued at our family-owned store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in retail or guest service (preferred).
• Previous specialty cheese experience (preferred).
• Drive

Responsibilities

• Assist in production, packaging, labeling and displaying Bakery items.
• Maintain freshness by rotating stock and checking expiration dates.
• Educate customers about bakery products and services.
• Process orders and assist guests in person, by phone, or online.
• Keep shelves clean and well-stocked.
• Maintain accuracy of food inventories.
