The position involves handling bakery items, decorating, and working in a fast-paced environment with a reliable team. Prior bakery experience is not required, but a willingness to learn and strong work ethic are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior bakery experience required but willingness to learn.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Ability to decorate and present baked goods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Effective teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Follow proper food handling safety procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Lift and move bakery products and supplies, up to 50 lbs, as needed.
• Assist in production, mixing, baking, and preparing items for sale.
• Package baked goods efficiently and attractive for sale.
• Maintain cleanliness of bakery area and equipment.
• Decorate and arrange baked goods for display to meet standards.
• Work with team to meet production goals and customer demands.
