A Bakery Clerk provides safe, efficient labor packaging, finishing, and handling of all products as recommended and with proper equipment in a grocery store environment. A Bakery Clerk will assist in all areas of the bakery, handle scheduled duties, and be responsible for shutting down the bakery at the end of the day. A Bakery Clerk cleans, sweeps, mops, and ensures the bakery is ready for the next day's production. A Bakery Clerk may also assist in the deli. Other duties may be assigned.
