Cinnabon Bakery at Southland Mall in Taylor is seeking energetic team members for a variety of store positions. You will provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment and support daily bakery operations.

Duties include dough preparation, rolling and baking Cinnabon rolls, frosting and packaging, making drinks, and maintaining cleanliness. We value friendly service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dough.
• Roll, shape and bake Cinnabon rolls.
• Frost and package Cinnabon rolls for sale.
• Bake & package Bonbites, Cookies, Churros.
• Prep products for daily use (frosting, drink bases, caramel).
• Prepare drinks (Lemonade, Soda, Coffee & Specialty Drinks).
• Greet guests, maintain a friendly attitude and upsell.
• Operate cash register in accordance with policy.
• Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing workstations and counters.
• Wash dishes & utensils during shift.
• Break down, clean and put away equipment at closing.
• Sweep / Mop floors during shift and at close.
• Follow dress code and personal appearance standards.
• Perform other duties as directed by manager in charge of the shift.
