Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member collaborates with cross functional teams and educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates and develops interpersonal skills for customer service; maintains in-stock levels and controls shrinkage.
• Be an Expert plans bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs following recipes and measurements; works with decorating bags, tips and nozzles to create flowers and lettering; adheres to food safety, sanitation and inventory guidelines.
• Be a Techie leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld tech for production, merchandising, ordering, training and quality checks; adapts to new tools and encourages usage.
• Be an Owner drives bakery area performance, ensures quality and date control, eliminates waste, prepares for seasonal events, assists members with decisions and resolves issues.
• Be a Talent Ambassador participates as a brand advocate, models high-quality service, and mentors others to work in a respectful, supportive, team-oriented style.
