• Plan bakery production to ensure quality and accuracy of decorative designs, following recipes and measurements.
• Utilize decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering on bakery items while maintaining food safety standards.
• Drive bakery performance by managing dates, waste, and seasonal event readiness; resolve member issues professionally.
• Be a brand ambassador by delivering high-quality service and training teammates to uphold standards.
