BAKERY/CAKE DECORATOR (Finance)

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals and monitor all quality assurance standards. Minimum Requirements:
- Retail experience
- Bakery or cake decorating experience
- Ability to handle stressful situations
- Basic math knowledge
- Effective communication skills

Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in a second language (speaking, reading, or writing)
- Ability to create a welcoming environment and answer customer questions about products
- Knowledge of products and ability to make recommendations
- Skill in offering samples and preparing bakery items, including wedding cakes, per customer requests
- Ability to assess product quality and ensure freshness
- Proficiency in using bakery equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, and ovens
- Cake and pastry decorating skills
- Inventory management, labeling, and stocking
