Responsibilities

• Meet & greet guests with excellent customer service.
• Help build Panera's culture of warmth and belonging.
• Step in to support your manager and team.
• Learn different positions: cashier, baking, drive-thru, salad & sandwich maker, barista, dishwashing, dining room upkeep.
• Be the friendly face at the register, taking orders and ensuring a great guest experience.
• Assist in preparing menu items quickly, accurately and safely.
