Qualifications

• Minimum one year of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest delight through food quality, service, and staff behavior.
• Build relationships to secure long-term, loyal guests.
• Lead, manage and develop team members through coaching, inspiration, and recognition of achievements.
• Participate in interviewing and selection processes.
• Train team on food safety standards and maintain compliance.
• Help cultivate a Culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
