You will lead a bakery-cafe leadership team, coach and motivate staff, and ensure food safety and quality while driving sales and guest satisfaction. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required; ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• 1+ years restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
