Job summary

Panera Bread in Springfield, TN is seeking a Team Manager to lead shifts, develop staff, and maintain high guest satisfaction. You will coach and mentor team members, ensure food safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming, growth-focused culture.

The role includes participating in interviewing and helping build a strong, collaborative team. This full-time position requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, prior restaurant leadership experience, and a commitment to Panera’s guest

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends; background check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop team members by coaching, inspiring, and motivating them to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection to build a strong team.
• Train the team in food safety standards and maintain them.
• Help build Panera’s culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
