Job summary

Panera Bread is seeking a Team Manager in Toledo, OH. You will join the bakery-cafe leadership team, running great shifts, supporting team development, and upholding high standards for guests.

You will lead, coach, and motivate team members to exceed goals in service, sales, and accuracy, while contributing to a culture of warmth and trust. Flexible hours including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, motivate, coach and develop others in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest delight with food, service, and staff.
• Lead, manage, and develop team members to exceed goals in sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience.
• Participate in interviewing and selection of staff.
• Train team in food safety standards and maintain compliance.
• Help foster a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust.
