Job summary

Panera in Maple Grove, MN is seeking a Team Manager to join the bakery-cafe’s leadership team. You will help run great shifts, support team development, and uphold the high standards our guests expect.

You will delight guests with quality food and service, coach and motivate staff to exceed goals in sales and guest experience, and participate in interviewing. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve certification).
• This role requires flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Background check required.
