Job summary

85°C Bakery Cafe is hiring Store Front Associates in South San Jose, CA. The role includes baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks, with a strong focus on exceptional customer service and teamwork.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or higher, be at least 18, and able to work at least 20 hours weekly, including weekends. ServSafe certification is preferred and prior fast-food/retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fast food or retail experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Verbal English communication skills.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and ServSafe certification.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week; weekend/holiday availability preferred.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY.
