Job summary

Panera LLC in Sioux Falls is seeking an Assistant General Manager Lead with a passion for team growth and guest service excellence. You will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily bakery-cafe operations, drive performance, and build a culture of warmth, belonging, and growth.

You will hire, train, and develop team members, manage staffing and schedules, and ensure amazing guest experiences while controlling costs and inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• 1+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching and developing others.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead an amazing team and bakery-cafe to success.
• Partner with General Manager in overseeing operations and guest experiences.
• Involve hiring, onboarding, training, and development at the location.
• Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and people development.
