Our client, a fast-scaling Japanese-inspired bakery and café brand, is seeking a Bakery & Café Franchise Operations Manager to join their team in Downtown Los Angeles.

This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a hands-on hospitality leader who can uphold brand quality while translating successful store operations into scalable franchise standards. You will act as a key partner to executive leadership, ensuring operational consistency, repeatability, and franchise readiness across current and future locations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in bakery, café, restaurant, or hospitality operations
• Proven ability to standardize operations across multiple locations
• Deep understanding of quality control beyond single-store execution
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Financial and operational literacy (labor, food cost, efficiency)
• Willingness to travel between locations

• Experience with Japanese or Asian food concepts
• Franchise or multi-unit leadership experience
• Experience creating SOPs and franchise manuals
