Responsibilities

• Assist with bakery operation: preparation, baking, merchandising and final presentation of bakery products.
• Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Greet customers, make eye contact, and thank customers after fulfilling requests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized workstation per 5S standards.
• Assist and/or create customer special orders (e.g., cakes).
• Operate bakery equipment including ovens, mixers, and utensils.
• Adhere to corporate and state sanitation regulations to keep area clean.
• Follow state and corporate safety standards.
• Control shrink through policy adherence.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
