Job summary

Whole Foods Market Madison seeks a friendly Bakery Team Member to support receiving, prep, stocking, and customer service in line with WFM standards. You’ll maintain the Bakery area, displays, and ensure safe handling.

No prior retail experience required. Ability to lift 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and contribute to sampling, inventory, and team collaboration is expected.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
• Monitors freshness and rotates products.
• Supports sampling program and inventory checks.
• Delivers courteous, friendly service to customers and Team Members.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Maintains safe work practices and follows SOPs.
• Reports safety hazards.
• Performs other duties as needed.
