Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. in Thornton, CO is seeking a Bakery/Packager Associate to prepare fresh baked items daily, following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise for members.

You may juggle several tasks in a short time while helping members with bakery orders, and you’ll be part of a large team with a shared goal: happy, satisfied members. You will work in a fast-paced club environment, assist members, maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area, and contribute to overall bakery

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: Collaborates with associates to build a strong bakery team and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: Prepares bakery department merchandise by following recipes, wrapping, labeling, and storing merchandise according to policies; ensures food safety and proper handling.
• Be a Techie: Uses handheld technology to support production decisions, merchandising, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
