Responsibilities

• Prepare dough and glaze pastries as part of daily production.
• Assist with baking tasks from start to finish under supervision.
• Plan daily production with Bakery Sales Manager and gather ingredients.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain quality standards.
• Monitor oven temperatures and ensure products are cooked properly.
• Provide courteous service to customers and answer product questions.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
