We are seeking Bread and Store Front Associates who are ready to take on challenges and grow with the team. Candidates should be committed to excellent customer service, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customers with service that exceeds expectations, showing sensitivity to their individual needs.
• Create memorable connections and ensure each guest's experience is the best.
• Work collaboratively with the store management team to deliver outstanding service and foster an uplifting work environment.
• Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies.
• Cross-train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Maintain a positive attitude and have fun while working!

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or higher
• Experience in fast food or retail preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week; weekend and holiday availability preferred
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY

This role involves moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Employees may be exposed to coolers and freezers' extreme temperatures. Duties and responsibilities may change or be added as needed.
