ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customers with service that exceeds expectations, showing sensitivity to individual needs.
• Create memorable connections and ensure each guest's experience is the best.
• Work as part of a team, follow directions, and collaborate with management to deliver outstanding service and foster an uplifting work atmosphere.
• Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Be punctual for all scheduled shifts and adhere to company policies.
• Cross-train in departments including Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Work hard and have fun!

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher.
• Preferred experience in fast food or retail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY

This position involves moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Employees may be exposed to cold temperatures in coolers and freezers. Duties and responsibilities may change or be added at any time.
