Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide customers with exceptional service, exceeding expectations and addressing individual needs.
• Create memorable connections and ensure each guest's experience is outstanding.
• Work collaboratively with store management to deliver excellent service and foster a positive work environment.
• Perform job-specific duties including baking bread, decorating cakes, and making drinks.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and follow all company policies.
• Cross-train in departments such as Bread, Cake, POS, and Bar.
• Maintain a positive attitude and enjoy your work!

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or higher.
• Preferred experience in fast food or retail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Good verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork skills.
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be ServSafe certified.
• Available to work at least 20 hours per week; weekend and holiday availability strongly preferred.

This position involves moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, and standing for extended periods. Employees may be exposed to cold temperatures in coolers and freezers. Duties may change as needed.
