Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and assist customers with questions about products.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of counters, cases and coolers.
• Observe scheduled shift operating hours and meet daily production goals for baked goods.
• Operate bakery equipment and prepare ingredients according to recipes.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise.
• Report safety risks or issues to management and assist with inventory discrepancies.
• Understand store layout to locate products for customers and respond to requests.
