Heinen’s, Inc. is seeking a friendly Bakery Associate for a part-time role in Mentor, Ohio. You will support daily bakery operations, assist customers, and help maintain product quality and shelf presentation.

The position offers an hourly wage of $15.00–$21.00 with flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends. We provide benefits such as 401(k) match, health coverage, paid time off, and employee discounts to eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Sense of urgency and ability to work independently to meet daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and share knowledge of Bakery Department.
• Write and manage orders using effective pars and planning.
• Work as a team to complete daily tasks including scanning, recording shrink, stocking, rotating, and merchandising.
• Monitor and maintain all food handling and temperature standards.
• Comply with all personal and food safety standards.
• Attend required corporate meetings and training classes.
