Job summary

Stripling's General Store is seeking a Bakery Associate to help prepare baked goods, maintain a clean workspace, and deliver friendly customer service. You will work closely with a team to ensure products look appealing and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include following recipes, labeling and packaging, stocking displays, and assisting with inventory. A willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays is appreciated to serve our customers.

POSITION SUMMARY

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare, package, and label baked goods according to recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all baking areas and equipment
• Stock displays and rotate products to ensure freshness
• Take custom orders and answer customer questions with a friendly attitude
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking ingredients

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Previous bakery, kitchen, or food service experience preferred but not required
