Responsibilities

• Finish and package products according to established procedures.
• Insert products into proof box, set controls and close door to ensure proper size and shape.
• Work neatly and efficiently, following the direction of the bakery leader.
• Prepare and fry donuts according to established procedures.
• Insert products into and retrieve products from the freezer and cooler to preserve freshness.
• Actively support a culture of safety including food safety, team member safety and customer safety.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils and floor and ensure sanitation regulations are met by daily checklists.
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintenance to remain compliant with company standards.
• Actively demonstrate appropriate suggestive selling techniques.
• Finish products according to established procedures.
• Provide active sampling opportunities, when appropriate.
• Conduct business with a clear understanding that customer service is a key differentiator for our company.

Job Description

• Experience Desired: Prior experience working in Bakery or related industry
• Education Desired: No High School diploma required
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age
