Job summary

Crumbl Columbia MO, a locally owned Crumbl location in Columbia, MO, is seeking a Baker to join a close-knit team. You'll prepare and bake our rotating weekly cookie menu to Crumbl's exact standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Must obtain a Columbia/Boone County Public Health Food Handler Card before first shift.
• No prior industry experience or culinary degree required.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and finish cookies according to Crumbl recipes and standards.
• Follow weekly rotating menu specifications precisely.
• Monitor baking times and temperatures for consistent quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Hi there! I'm Beverly, and along with my husband Chad, we opened this Crumbl location back in November 2020. What started as a dream has grown into one of the top cookie shops in the entire Crumbl brand and none of that happens without the right team in the kitchen.

Whether you've worked in a kitchen before or you're just great with your hands and love the idea of baking, we want to hear from you. We're looking for a baker who takes pride in getting things right, likes working alongside good people, and enjoys making someone's day a little sweeter. Before becoming a business owner, Beverly built experience across several industries, but she's always been someone who loves connecting with people and being part of a great community. As a mom of four, family is at the heart of everything she does. When she's not working, you'll likely find her crafting, spending time with family, or enjoying anything volleyball related.

Chad Davis: Co-Owner

Husband to Beverly and dad of four, Chad brings a hands-on background in manufacturing, electrical work, and the food industry to their business. He's a natural builder who enjoys working with his hands, whether he's tackling a project, working in the yard, or building something from scratch. When he's not working, family time is always at the top of his list.

About the Baker Role

As a Baker with Crumbl Columbia, you'll prepare and bake our rotating weekly cookie menu to Crumbl's exact standards measuring, mixing, baking, and finishing each batch with the consistency and quality our customers count on.
