Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Pastry Baker for Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. You will prepare items per recipe standards, bake and frost cakes, and ensure attractive presentation for service trays and displays.

The role requires at least 1 year of scratch baking experience, strong measurement skills, and the ability to handle equipment in a busy pastry shop. On-site position with emphasis on safety and professional English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a scratch baker.
• Thorough understanding of measurements and conversion.
• Knowledge of all equipment used in the Pastry Shop.
• Ability to work from a standing position for extended periods.
• Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
