Member Duties:
The Volunteer Coordinator VISTA will support and build the capacity at Baker Ripley by improving the recruitment processes and maintaining the management systems for the volunteer, mentoring, and job coaching program. The VISTA will provide capacity building efforts through volunteer coordination to enhance English as a second language (ESL), High School Equivalency (HSE), and workforce readiness programs. The VISTA will finalize the development of processes and procedures and create Standard Operations of Procedures (SOPs) for future use and long-term sustainability.
