Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a friendly and dependable bakery team member to help greet guests, prepare bakery products, and maintain freshness. You will support cake decorating, merchandising, and overall store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires physical stamina, effective communication, and a willingness to assist customers and team members throughout shifts, including front-end tasks to minimize wait times and promote specials.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 25 lbs consistently and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to read and understand information and direction.
• Effective communication, guest service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities
