Base pay range

$13.00/hr - $16.00/hr

As a Baker Prep Associate (Production Associate) at Sprinkles, you will contribute to the success of Sprinkles by mixing cupcake batters, frostings, and ice cream flavors. Your strengths include working in kitchens and efficiently measuring and mixing ingredients. Shifts start between Midnight and 4am.

Responsibilities

• Represent and embody the Sprinkles culture.
• Follow procedures with enthusiasm as instructed by trainers and managers.
• Memorize recipes and use proper techniques in mixing, pouring, and storing ingredients.
• Assist with dishwashing, baking, and cooling as needed.
• Work as part of a team to ensure a positive experience for customers.
• Prepare batters and frostings for delivery to other locations.
• Maintain a steady pace to complete duties on time.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Help with cleaning duties as per checklists.
• Accept deliveries and packages.
• Report to work as scheduled and fulfill shift requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Passion for the Sprinkles product, brand, and experience.
• Culinary or pastry certification preferred, or at least 1 year of kitchen experience.
• Flexible schedule, with shifts starting between Midnight and 4am.
• Good verbal communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a consistent pace.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to move around and be on your feet for long periods.
