Woodcrest of Country Manor is now hiring a part-time Baker to join their team!

• This is a great role for a way to stay busy (but not too busy!). With flexible hours available, working approximately 20 hours per week. (Every other weekend and every other Holiday is required.)

As a Baker at Woodcrest, you'll help maintain the success and reputation of the Culinary Department. You'll work as an integral part of our team, responsible for bakery food production and preparation and ensuring that standards of quality are being met. We take tremendous pride in the Culinary Department, offering entrees that are sure to tantalize our guests’ taste buds, while providing choice and nutritious meals.

Our ideal candidate:

• Is 16+ years of age
• Possesses a knowledge and passion for baking. Experience or training in institutional food services preferred, but not required
• Has strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to handle resident contact in a professional manner at all times
• Is self-motivated and able work well independently, as well as a strong team player
• Is attentive to detail and prides themselves on accurate and neat work
• Is friendly, dependable and enjoys working with the elderly
