Job summary

BENCHMARK in Hanover, NH is looking for a dedicated individual to prepare baked goods from scratch including breads, rolls, and muffins. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes to prepare items from scratch such as breads and muffins.
• Place products into correctly prepared pans and regulate oven temperatures.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment as needed.

What you’ll do

• Follow recipes and/or product directions to prepare items from scratch such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits, etc.
• Place products into correctly prepared pans.
• Regulate drafts and temperatures of ovens.
• Place items in ovens.
• Remove baked items from ovens and apply appropriate toppings.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment as needed.
• Attend all allergy and foodborne illness in‑service training.
• Comply with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
• Report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
• Participate in regular safety meetings, training and hazard assessments.
• Comply with all Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures.
• Attend training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
