Baker Operator

Shift: 3rd, (9:45pm-10:15am)

Pay: $17/hr + $1/hr shift premium

Are you looking to join a reliable and growing food production team? We're seeking a Baker Operator to support overnight production of high-quality baked goods on our continuous mixing and pita lines.

Job Description:

Set up and operate automated mixing and pita production lines per customer and internal specifications

Perform routine equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting

Monitor product quality through regular testing and adjustments to maintain standards

Record production and quality control data accurately and on schedule

Handle product changeovers, including equipment prep and cleaning

Maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards, including sanitation of equipment and workspace

Follow traceability procedures and accurately record lot numbers

Work closely with supervisors to maintain efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

Comfortable working in warm environments

Ability to read, write, and understand basic English instructions

Must be able to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, percentages, etc.)

Willingness to follow strict food and personnel safety protocols
