Baker Operator

Shift: 1st, (6am-2pm)

Pay: $17/hr (Based on experience)

Job Description:

• Set up and run the Continuous Mixing and Pita lines according to customer or internal specifications.
• Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and report any equipment repair needs to the supervisor.
• Conduct testing and record all required data at specified intervals.
• Make adjustments to equipment to achieve efficiency and quality standards.
• Record lot numbers for traceability and clean equipment as needed.
• Conduct changeovers to prepare for the next product run.
• Follow all food safety and personnel safety procedures.
• Report mechanical problems or unsafe conditions to the Supervisor.
• Act as backup for other roles as assigned by the Supervisor.
