Rosauers Supermarkets invites friendly bakers to join our bakery team. You’ll craft breads, pastries, and treats, greet customers with a smile, and ensure products are beautifully presented and well stocked.

We value teamwork and creativity, offer weekly pay, and provide benefits. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work early morning or overnight shifts as needed.

As a baker, you’ll bring care and skill to every recipe, making sure our shelves are filled with fresh breads, pastries, and treats the community counts on. From the smell of fresh loaves in the morning to a perfectly decorated cake for a celebration, your work is what keeps customers coming back. If you love working with your hands and turning simple ingredients into something people love, this is the role for you.

Work Schedule

• Option A - 10:00pm to 6:30am
• Option B - 2:00am to 10:30am
• Option C - 3:00am to 11:30am

What You'll Be Doing

• Baking a wide variety of breads, pastries, pies, and more - all as delicious as they are beautiful.
• Interacting with customers, and serving them with a big smile - you're the face of our bakery department!
• Carefully packaging our baked goods, because presentation is as important as taste.
• Keeping the bakery department fully stocked, ensuring our customers always find their favorite treats.
• Managing ingredient inventory, ensuring we never run out of what we need to create our tasty goodies.
• Maintaining a clean and safe bakery - because nothing dampens the spirit like a messy kitchen!
• Be ready and willing to take on additional tasks as needed - we're a team, and we help each other out!

Requirements

• Candidates must be 18+ years or older
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work early morning or overnight shifts (e.g. 10pm, 2am, 3am)
• Ability to lift, carry and push up to 50 pounds
• Ability to obtain a valid food worker card
