Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to oversee the production of pastries and baked goods across hotel outlets. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel’s pastry kitchen and a culinary degree, ensuring quality and consistency in all products.
This role requires excellent planning and organizational skills, a passion for baking, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

What this role is all about The Pastry Cook is responsible for pastry and baking production, following the directive of the Pastry Chef, for all hotel outlets. The baker is responsible for the quality and timeliness of the product and for the cleanliness and organization of the pastry shop.
$26.50 to $28.50 Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience.
