Merriman's Hawaii in Honolulu is seeking a full-time baker to join our kitchen team. With a founder-chef and a commitment to quality ingredients, this role offers growth opportunities and hands-on training.

Base pay starts at $25/hr, with an additional kitchen service charge and tips bringing total pay to about $35–$39/hr. We provide benefits including health, retirement plan after one year, and paid time off.

Merriman's Honolulu isseeking a Full-Time baker with the opportunity to grow!

Having a chef as founder and owner of our restaurants makes Merriman's a fantastic kitchen for anyone who loves to cook and is looking for a career in food service!Not only do we work with the best ingredients, local farmers and ranchers, we also use the very best cooking techniques and will train!

• Base Pay: $25/hr to start depending on experience.
• Kitchen service charge and tips: Approx. $10-$14/hr on top of base pay for total pay of $35-$39/hr
• 4% service charge on food is allocated 100% to hourly kitchen employees.
• Holiday pay: All BOH employees receive time-and-a-half for working Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve
• Medical, Dental, Vision, ST and LT Disability and Life Insurance available
• 401(k) Plan eligibility after 1 year
• PTO: Accrue up to 40 hours during years 1 and 2, 80 hours after year 3 and 120 hours after year 4.
