Job Summary

Summary: Prepares baked goods according to recipes and specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and other pastries as per production sheets; assist in planning to meet daily needs.
• Ensure proper food prep using approved recipes and standards.
• Assist with production records, waste tracking, and inventory alerts.
• Maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
• Handle food safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly; keep display areas clean.
• Interact with customers and address complaints professionally.
• Work efficiently during peak times, maintaining calmness and accuracy.
• Ensure food presentation and display meet standards.
• Follow sanitation and safety standards, including OSHA compliance.
• Complete assigned shifts promptly and thoroughly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
