We are hiring immediately for a full-time BAKER position.

Permanent Location after June: 17985 Pacific Coast Hwy, Pacific Palisades, CA 90272

Schedule: Full-time; days and hours may vary. Open availability is required. More details upon interview.

Job Summary

Prepares baked goods according to recipes and production specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies, and pastries as per production and catering sheets; assist in planning to meet daily needs.
2. Ensure proper food preparation using approved recipes, standards, and equipment.
3. Complete production records, track waste, and report shortages.
4. Maintain presentation, quality, portion control, and serving temperatures.
5. Keep equipment, supplies, and utensils clean and organized.
6. Handle food safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
7. Clean equipment and workstation thoroughly after shifts.
8. Interact with customers and resolve complaints professionally.
9. Maintain calmness and efficiency during peak times.
10. Ensure food presentation and standards are met.
11. Follow sanitation and safety principles.
12. Complete assigned shift work timely and thoroughly.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
