We are hiring for several locations within the El Paso International Airport, including:

The baker, under general supervision, prepares breads, pastries, and baked goods. This role requires precise measurement, knowledge of heat effects, creativity in decoration, and adherence to safety and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Essential Functions:

Organization, prioritization, math skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, integrity, responsibility, initiative, accuracy, mechanical ability, safety awareness, cleanliness, creativity.
Requirements:
Work Environment:
Primarily in a central kitchen with constant standing, heat, steam, noise, and use of standard restaurant equipment.
Physical Demands:
Constant standing, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Noise level is moderate to high.
Hours:
Variable hours Monday-Sunday, 4 am-5 pm, including holidays and overnights as needed.
Education & Experience:
Minimum two years related experience; knowledge of food safety laws. Preferred: higher education or baking specialization.

Language Ability:
Ability to read, interpret, and communicate effectively.
Other Responsibilities:
Assist with other restaurant duties as needed, including prep, dishwashing, cashiering, and maintenance.
