Eileen’s Cookies in Council Bluffs is seeking a dependable Baker / Dough Maker to join our team. You’ll mix dough, bake cookies, and help prepare for the day’s orders.

We require 18+ and weekend availability, with early daytime hours. You’ll work with a fast-paced bakery team, staying on your feet and contributing to consistent quality as you deliver fresh treats to customers.

• EARLY DAYTIME HOURS
• MUST BE 18 OR OLDER
• WEEKEND / SATURDAY AVAILABILITY REQUIRED (closed Sundays)

You’ll be one of the people behind the scenes making the magic happen—mixing our cookie dough, baking fresh cookies and helping us get ready for another busy day of making customers happy!

What You’ll Do:

• Mix and prepare cookie dough
• Bake fresh cookies throughout your shift
• Follow recipes and production schedules
• Help prepare products for the day's orders
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work together with the rest of our bakery team
