• Prepare dough and bake Cinnabon rolls as directed.
• Roll, shape and bake classic and mini rolls.

• Prepare drinks and beverage bases.
• Greet guests and provide friendly customer service.
• Operate cash register and follow cash-handling policy.
• Maintain clean workstation and sanitize surfaces frequently.
• Wash dishes and utensils during shift.
• Assist with closing duties and restock as needed.

Cinnabon Bakery in Southland Mall is seeking high quality, motivated, energetic people to add to the team. We have a variety of positions open in the store. These positions are perfect for anyone who like variety in the workplace and looking for flexibility and providing great customer service to our guest in a Fast-paced fun setting.Job Duties· Prepare dough· Roll, shape and bake Cinnabon classic and Mini Bon rolls· Frost and package Cinnabon rolls for sale· Bake & package Bonbites and Churro’s· Prep products for daily use (frosting, drink bases, caramel )· Prepare Drinks (Lemonade, Soda, Coffee & Specialty Drinks )Greet guests, urgency, eye contact, suggestive selling, thank you & smile in voice· Work within a team to service the guest· Operate cash register in accordance with policy· Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as directed· Maintain a clean workspace by sanitizing workstations/ counter areas frequently· Wash dishes & utensils throughout shift· Break down, clean and put away equipment, utensils, dishes and supplies at closing· Sweep / Mop floors throughout shift and at close· Comply with Cinnabon/ V & J Foods dress code and personal appearance standards· Perform other duties as directed by manager in charge of the shift
